NASA - The Sun Now

The graph above shows the global temperature anomaly since 1979 (blue) and CO2 levels (fuchsia). There is no correlation between CO2 levels and temperatures. There are very strong historic correlations between solar activity and temperatures. Right now our sun is experiencing very mild solar activity, so expect cooler temperatures! The sun image shows current sun spot activity, it is a near real time NASA image (SOHO MDI Latest Image). Click here for an enlarged view from NASA.GOV.

Quote to Consider
"Excessive intervention in economic activity and blind faith in the state's omnipotence is another possible mistake... Instead of streamlining market mechanisms, some are tempted to expand state economic intervention to the greatest possible extent...
In the 20th century, the Soviet Union made the state's role absolute. In the long run, this made the Soviet economy totally uncompetitive. This lesson cost us dearly. I am sure nobody wants to see it repeated...There is no reason to believe that we can achieve better results by shifting responsibility onto the state...
And one more point: anti-crisis measures should not escalate into financial populism and a refusal to implement responsible macroeconomic policies. The unjustified swelling of the budgetary deficit and the accumulation of public debts are just as destructive as adventurous stock-jobbing."

Denny, that's sweet, remember a fact won't like it, it has an Eagle in it. Remember that's the sign of evil racist, hummer driving, plastic bag at the grocer users, cigar smoking, CO2 luvin, big oil,war mongers, self defense believers and last but not least polar bear murderers.
A fact

Psalm24:1 -if it is the Lords I say we had better take care of it.Mathew6:24 there are my feelings on capitalism.Read your Bible people it holds the answers.

a fact said "...,all I know is I will always put a human's welfare above a dollar bill.Would you? "of course dodo and giving power and money to govt. is counter intuitive to
humanity, It's the
profit from what's left of the free market that drives the R&D that has made America the land of opportunity,
not the leftist nations in this world or the Islamic hell holes, they all feed off the knowledge of America,
but those days are leaving as we try to be like Europe. It's that dollar bill the wealth creation that drives humanity to be more human, any other society dampens wealth creation, thus dampening the future for individuals to create a better world (not a perfect world just better), you have to remember that all collectives are subject to subterfuge thus a final compromise of correct ideas and incorrect ideas, and together the sum will always be incorrect ideas and their fallout.

A fact you say you are not a socialist but that leaves only one option for you, you don't know what Marxism is, thus you are a useful idiot. You prove this by wanting govt. health care alone, much less the who AWG agenda for Christ sake that's socialism!
For about a 100 years people in this country have said they a not Marxists, but they spout Marxism You need to judge people by their actions and their results, not by what they say. Quite often you'll find it's not the same. That's the flim-flam the left has used for the past century.

Ron you may have read my comment, but you did not comprehend it.Once again I (A Fact) do not support socialism, read and understand what you read before you lash out with thy tongue.Ron what is your question that you think I am avoiding?

As far as my Christian Morality,it comes strait from the bible:
Render unto Caesar
what is Caesars
and unto God what is Gods.
When you understand that Caesar or government
has no wealth or power over you, other then what you are willing to render unto Caesar or government, or Caesar or government
is willing to take from you because you will not fight back then you will understand what Christ was talking about and why Christ was such a
threat to the totalitarian world order of the day.
dud it's all Gods, and he is for the individual
not the collective form of any govt. that for lust of power
destroys the integrity of the individual to stand or fall on his own accord.

I notice, too, A Fact, that you have yet to answer any of my questions regarding the Bible. I realize I'm centering on you, right now, but you bring it on yourself when you presume to judge us and, by the way, not providing a single, solitary scientific fact support your belief in AGW. Not one. And so, a discourse with you isn't even of a christianity and the Bible, it is of the religion of the one-world state that you seem to think is inevitable.

Anon, wrong! In a free market as soon as someone starts to get all the "play money" or corner the market someone else comes out with a better product at a better price that's why computers are always better and better priced, it's one of the few markets unencumbered by govt. and unions. The only time the market do not work is because someone has payed off the govt. to control the market and make things tough on others in the market. thus it's not the free market anymore. The health care system was raped by LBJ when he got the govt. involved and for the same reasons we are fighting today,
because everyone can't afford health insurance. LBJ and the govt. mandated HMO's to provide basic health but the rub is there is health care for everyone in the US because by mandate not medical facility can refuse a patient but back in the day we had a lot more charity hospitals.

To accept and support socialism, which is a flavor of fascism, is to place other gods and idols before God.
ron
09 Mar : 18:54
I also find it sad that you would put your faith in socialism rather than God, who never advocated socialism which is, in fact, worship of the state as provider of all. Did you not pay attention to the proliferation of christian churches in the USSR after it's fall? You say you are 42. You should, I hope, remember that.

A Fact, you have shown, now, that you don't know what capitalism is by suggesting the game of monopoly. Monopoly is quite limited. Capitalism creates wealth. I ask you to prove how capitalism isn't working, knowing pretty well that you can't prove it, but I expect you to back up with your statement with some reasoning. For example, I have already proven why socialism can't work. Not to mention the excellent example of what used to be the USSR going bankrupt.

SSp I am an independent voter,I am like a golf ball-far left bad,far right bad, straight down the middle good. What happens in a monopoly game when someone ends up with all the play money? That in reality is basic capitalism-game over.Capitalism will eventually eat itself.I personally thought the barter system was fair, money just spreads sin.Look at health care, capitalism has cost so high Americans are choosing money(Republicans) and others humanity(Democrats). Is a poor mans health not as important as a rich mans? Republicans I just wander were your christian values are now?

Anonymous, where is God's name are you getting these "notions"! May I suggest you get off those "drugs" you've been taking and clear your head...True, Capitalism has decrease over the years but NOT as much as you would pretend it to be...Otherwise, NOBODY would want to work and expect the Government to support their living!!!Yes, it's NOT the Governments job to do these things. Truely, the only job is to protect the People from agression and support it's trade within and outside it's borders...That's it...no more than that!

Look at what has happen to Europe today, the individual is so immobilized by the PC of socialism that they are being attacked by both a destructive bureaucracy and the other overreaching type of govt. Islamif the elites continue to go this way all the world will look like Somalia, heaven help us.

"A fact", IS, capitalism is not working because of the amount of socialismapplied to the American system over the the last 60 years. The problem with left is you are always thinking in terms of everything working in some kind of uniform panacea
where all are equal, no matter what. Conservatives believe in equal opportunity vs equal outcome. Those that can't hack it, well that what religious charity's are for,
that's why they have results, and govt. welfare programs perpetuate the problems of society.
Remember It's not a fault of American society that 90 percent of the pop. does not live in the top 10 percent wage earners, It's just reality. If you think socialism is coming to destroy the individual in America at some point, that's Armageddon as far as I'm concerned.

Well, first off, Capitalism isn't working because it hasn't been given a chance to work. Free Market is needed and there hasn't been one of those (nor real capitalism) for over 50 years. Get rid of the Fed, get rid of oppressive government, stop expecting the government to fix everything, it is NOT governments job! It is NOT governments job to "level the playing field" any more than it is governments job to "redistribute the wealth" or to "take care of us".

Hi, first time here, what an excellent site! Agw is a hoax, GW is a hoax, and the discredited East Anglican and IPCC should be tried, convicted of perpetrating the hoax and then made to repay every penny they were paid to foist the hoax upon us and then imprisioned with LARGE, HAIRY Convicts. Thanks again for this site. Another one I like is
they put the Truth out there too.

A fact, you are a sad person to believe "socialism" is our answer...If you look into History, there hasn't been "ONE" socialist country that worked! I put my values in American way because for what it has done for people since the beginning...I don't need to say anymore...You know exactly where I'm coming from...Just don't try to pasy YOUR beliefs to MY children or there will be a response....
A fact
09 Mar : 16:38
Denny why do you try and stop socialism when you and I know it is just a matter of time?A one world Gov is coming. Why not let it happen,I mean it is just one step closer to paradise for the believers isn't it?My grandkids won't need a job if the planet can't sustain life.Denny it is sad when a Christian like yourself puts all his values in jobs and money.

19,000 Scientists Disagree with the "Consensus" Over 19,000 scientists with PhD degrees signed a petition rejecting the Kyoto Treaty and the notion that man is to blame for climate change. In part this is the statement they agreed with: "There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate. "

There is no "consensus" as Al Gore has stated. |
Errors in Al Gore’s An Inconvenient Truth By the Science and Public Policy Instititute - A cursory examination of the list of Gore’s errors is enough to demonstrate that each of them serves to magnify the supposed planetary threat posed by “global warming”, or to pour scorn and contempt on any who dare to gainsay the supposed “consensus”. Therefore we must conclude that Gore’s movie was not science: it was sophisticated propaganda that relied upon the ignorance of his cinema-going audiences and the fawning acquiescence of news media whose editorial and political predisposition was in any event in favor of presenting his Apocalyptic version of climate change regardless of the fact that at so many points central to his argument his presentation was fundamentally false.
UK Court Finds 9 Inaccuracies In An Inconvenient Truth A UK judge found that Al Gore's movie had at least 9 substantial inaccuracies. In order for the film to be shown, the Government must first amend their Guidance Notes to Teachers to make clear that 1.) The Film is a political work and promotes only one side of the argument. 2.) If teachers present the Film without making this plain they may be in breach of section 406 of the Education Act 1996 and guilty of political indoctrination. 3.) Nine inaccuracies have to be specifically drawn to the attention of school children.
Category: Global Warming Myth Busters (11) Mostly blogs and sites devoted to busting the myth of man caused global warming
Global Warming Heartland Institute "The mission of The Heartland Institute is to discover and promote free-market solutions to social and economic problems." A very heavy emphasis on pointing out the true facts behind man-made global warming.
Friends of Science Lots of good information and links. Their stated goal "To encourage and assist the Canadian Federal Government to re-evaluate the Kyoto Protocol by engaging in a national public debate on the scientific merit of Kyoto and the Global Warming issue, and to educate the public through dissemination of relevant, balanced and objective technical information on this subject."
The Global Warming Hoax Blog Not to be confused with this site (we don't have a "The" in the URL). "Our aim here is to open your eyes and show you that global warming is nothing to be worried about." A nice blog that tends to point out a lot of the irony in the global warming stance.
GlobalWarming.org This web site is a project of the Cooler Heads Coalition, a sub-group of the National Consumer Coalition. The Cooler Heads Coalition formed May 6, 1997 to dispel the myths of global warming by exposing flawed economic, scientific, and risk analysis. Coalition members will also follow the progress of the international Global Climate Change Treaty negotiations.

This site does not dispute that global tempuratures have increased, on average less than 1°C, over the past 100 years. What this site does seek is to repudiate that the cause is man-made and that the principal culprit is CO2, through facts, articles, and other sources in the media-frenzied myth, propogated by ex-prez turned green activist Al Gore and the very political IPCC |
